History of Miller Marsh
Founded by longtime Arkansas friends Rachel Miller and Brittany Marsh, our brand was created to meet a clear need in the skincare market: high-performance, medical-grade products made with clean ingredients—without the luxury price tag.
Brittany Marsh is the owner of Cornerstone Pharmacy and Compounding in Little Rock, and Rachel Miller is the founder and nurse injector at RSM Aesthetics, also in Little Rock. Through years of caring for patients and working with a wide range of skincare products, Rachel recognized a gap between quality, efficacy, and affordability.
Driven by this need, Rachel developed the concept for a results-driven serum and partnered with Brittany and her pharmacy to bring it to life. The goal was simple but uncompromising: create a clean, high-grade skincare product that delivers visible results—free from parabens, dyes, fragrances, and unnecessary additives—while remaining accessible to patients.
After more than eighteen months of research, testing, and refinement, the Luxe Serum was born. Its success quickly led to the development of additional products, including the Luxe Eye Cream, Luxe Night Cream, and Luxe Retinol 1.5%.
Due to overwhelming patient satisfaction and success, we made the decision to create the Miller Marsh Cosmetic brand. Today, our products are thoughtfully crafted and available over the counter, allowing more people to experience professional-quality skincare without the need for a prescription.
About Brittany Marsh
Brittany Marsh, Pharm.D., owns and operates Cornerstone Pharmacy & Compounding in Little Rock, AR. During pharmacy school, she began her career at Cornerstone Pharmacy in 2008. After earning her degree, Marsh became one of the pharmacists and then successfully acquired the business in 2018. Since then, she has grown the enterprise, offering a personalized approach to compounding, hormone replacement therapy, and wellness services. Brittany’s leadership and impact on healthcare and entrepreneurship were further recognized in 2025 when she was appointed by the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis to serve on its Health Care Industry Council—a testament to her influence and commitment to her field.
Brittany is married to her husband, Matthew, and they have two children. Brittany loves spending time with her family, cheering on the Hogs, and a good game of Mahjong.
About Rachel Miller
With over 13 years of experience in medical aesthetics and voted Best Aesthetic Injector, Rachel Sims, RN is highly skilled in cosmetic injectables and is well-known for her precise technique and natural, refined results. She is the founder and lead injector at RSM Aesthetics in Little Rock, AR. Her patients benefit from her advanced training, meticulous eye for facial balance, and her ongoing commitment to learn the safest and most effective treatments available today.
Not only a nurse injector, Rachel is a leader in the Little Rock community and has chaired multiple events such as CARTI’s “Festival of Fashion,” and the American Cancer Society’s “Best Dressed.”
Rachel is married to her husband, John, and they have a beautiful daughter, and two, crazy goldendoodles. Outside of work, Rachel enjoys being with her family (dogs included), playing tennis, and finding any reason to spend time at the beach.
