History of Miller Marsh
The founders, Rachel Miller and Brittany Marsh, havea been friends for many years here in Arkansas, and saw the need to create a fabulous skincare line with high-end ingredients, often seen at a much more expensive price point.
Brittany Marsh owns a local pharmacy, Cornerstone Pharmacy at Rodney Parham in Little Rock and Rachel Miller is the owner and nurse injector of RSM Aesthetics in Little Rock..
After seeing many patients and using many different products, Rachel decided to put together her own serum and approached the pharmacy for help.
Rachel saw the need for a higher-grade skincare product that would make big changes in her patients’ skin, that was affordable, and that was clean – no parabens, dyes, fragrance, etc.
With that in mind, we compounded a great product after trial and error over one-and-a-half years — the Luxe Serum.
Because that was such a hit, we wanted to add products to our line and developed the Luxe Eye Cream, Luxe Night Cream, and Luxe Retinol 1.5.
Patients have loved the products and have repetitively bought them so we decided to step out and brand, market and sell them on our own, over the counter rather than with a prescription.

After seeing many patients and using many different products, Rachel decided to put together her own serum and approached the pharmacy for help.
Rachel saw the need for a higher-grade skincare product that would make big changes in her patients’ skin, that was affordable, and that was clean – no parabens, dyes, fragrance, etc.
With that in mind, we compounded a great product after trial and error over one-and-a-half years — the Luxe Serum.
Because that was such a hit, we decided to work on an eye cream to fit the concept and after another few months developed the Luxe Eye Cream.

About Brittany Marsh
Brittany Marsh, Pharm.D., owns and operates Cornerstone Pharmacy & Compounding. She began her career at Cornerstone Pharmacy in 2008 during pharmacy school. After earning her degree, Marsh worked as a pharmacist before successfully acquiring the business in 2018. Since then, she has grown the enterprise, which now includes multiple locations, offering a personalized approach to compounding, hormone replacement therapy, and wellness services. In addition to her pharmacy work, Brittany co-founded Miller Marsh Cosmetics with Rachel Miller. Together, they developed a line of clean, medical-grade skincare products. Their products were born from a shared vision of efficacy, affordability, and transparency.
Brittany’s leadership and impact on healthcare and entrepreneurship were further recognized in 2025 when she was appointed by the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis to serve on its Health Care Industry Council—a testament to her influence and commitment to her field.
About Brittany Marsh
Brittany Marsh is the co-owner of Miller Marsh cosmetics, and an Arkansas native. She graduated from the University of Arkansas with a BA in Chemistry, and then attended pharmacy school at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences — Pharm.D.
Brittany is married to Matthew Marsh and has two beautiful children, Olivia and William.
Brittany is also the owner of Cornerstone Pharmacy at Rodney Parham after working there for six years prior before making an offer to buy it in 2018. Her pharmacy now specializes in hormone replacement therapy and overall health and wellness (dietetics and supplements). She also, as of 2020, owns Cornerstone Pharmacy in Bryant.
About Rachel Miller
With over 13 years of experience in medical aesthetics, Rachel Sims, RN is highly skilled in all cosmetic injectables and is known for her precise technique and natural, refined results. Her patients benefit from her advanced training, meticulous eye for facial balance, and her ongoing commitment to learning the safest and most effective treatment modalities available today.
Rachel is the owner and nurse injector of RSM Aesthetics in Little Rock. In addition to treating patients, Rachel is a certified Galderma trainer and offers private shadowing days and hands-on training for injectors seeking to elevate their craft. Rachel co-founded Miller Marsh Cosmetics with Brittany Marsh.
About Rachel Miller
Rachel Miller is the other half of Miller Marsh, and also a local to the great state of Arkansas. Rachel graduated from Ouachita Baptist University with a BS in Dietetics. She then attended nursing school at the University of Central Arkansas.
Rachel is married to John Miller and has three adorable fur babies.
Rachel has been an aesthetic nurse injector for almost 10 years, specializing in botulinum toxins, dermal fillers, chemical peels, laser resurfacing and skincare.
Rachel is also an aesthetic nurse injector trainer and co-owner of SKN Aesthetics at Franks Dermatology.
